We make you a username and password to sign in with. Your username will look like yourname@ccauser.com. Pick this if you are not sure — it is the simplest option and works for most people.
Sign in with an account you already have through an SSO provider — for example, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or another SAML identity provider you administer. You must be able to export its SAML metadata, finish the Cloudflare service-provider settings after approval, and enable the app for your user or group. Pick this only if you administer SSO.
